Abstract: : The general analysis and also the sexual dimorphism of the osteological material deriving from the 48 graves, X-XII c. A. D., near Moson-Magyaróvár in the Northern Transdanubia are discussed. An attempt is made to show the ethnic relegation by a comparison, based on the Penrose method, with the materials of approximately contemporaneous and neighbouring cemeteries, and also by recourse to allied sciences (history, archeology, linguistics).
