Abstract: The endophallic structures of the species of the subgenus Carabus (Neoplectes) REITTER, 1885 were investigated and substantial differences were found between the individuals from different populations. Carabus (Neoplectes) szekelyi sp. n. and Carabus (Neoplectes) imereticus sp. n. are described. New classification for the subgenus is proposed and an identification key to the species is given. With 39 figures.
