Abstract: Mocsáry /1897/ enumerates 1 species in the family Mathocidae, 3 in Myrmosidae, and 15 /with one variety/ in Mutillidae. New data in our fauna were published by authors referred to after locality data or in the bibliography. After the working out of the materials of the Hungarian Natural History Museum and other available private collections, 1 species was found in the family Methodicae; 3 from Myrmosidae; and 18 species, 2 subspecies, 12 varieties, and 9 forms in the family Mutillidae. We have completed our data with those gained from the neighbouring countries of Hungary, enclosed by the Carpathians’ range, since there is a considerable material from these areas in the older collectionings of the Museum. We may infer thereby more on the range and oecological characters of several species. The data of literature, designated by x. we had no occasion to see, and therefore we could from no opinion on the correctness of identifications. The enumeration of collecting localities were gouped according to Móczár /1948/. For the sake of possible complementeness, we give also, cumulatively, the collecting dates of the species. We enumerated the designations of the collecting localities accroding to the original labele and notes. In the case of alterations in the name of place, the one used to day is given in a special appandix at the end of this paper. Insofar as these data were already published in former papers /L. Móczár 1949. 1952. E. Bajári 1953, M. Móczár 1953, L. Móczár 1954/, we omitted them to avoid reiterations. We have given also here the more precise points of the collecting localities, based on the network used in the former check lists.
