Abstract: The Armenian species, Eupithecia kueppersi sp. n., resembles E. irritaria Staudinger, 1892, in external morphology. The configuration of the genitalia precludes a relegation to the E. irriguata Hbn., or E. limbata Stgr. groups but constitutes with irritaria Stgr. a disctinct specific group.
