Abstract: Faunistic data of 12 taxa from Ghana and 4 from Tanganyika; one species (Smaragdina burgeoni sp. n.) and one variety (Smaragdina bifasciata var. obliterata var. n.) are new. An identification key to the species-group Smaragdina africana is also given.
