Abstract: Faunistis data of 30 species belonging to the subfamily Ephialtinae and of 1 species assigned to the subfamily Xoridinae from Mongolia. One new genus (Aravenator gen. n.) and 4 new species are described; 6 further species are new to Mongolia. Identification keys for genera rich in species.
