Abstract: A revision of specimens partly identified by Jedlička collected in Mongolia by Dr. Z. Kaszab. Metabletus aimaki Jedlička 1964 belongs into the Apristus genus and is a close ally of A. striatus Motsch. (com. nov.). Metabletus aimaki Jedlička 1968 (nec Jedlička 1964) is a synonym of Syntomus mongolicus Motsch. (syn. nov.).
