Abstract: The evaluation data obtained by light traps may lead to verisimilar inferences only after the clarification of a number of basic problems. The greater part of these problems is , however, still unsolved. Acoordingly, it is highly doubtful wether the processing of the data by computer techniques would be meaningful at the present state of our informations.
