Abstract: Description of 9 new genera (Yasumatsuiola gen. n., Phasmocephalon gen. n., Phasmopoda gen. n., Therencyrtus gen. n., Szelenyiola gen. n., Chrysomelechthrus gen. n., Kurdjumovia gen. n., Enigmencyrtus gen. n., Nerissa gen. n.) in the family of Encyrtidae is given. For six new genera pertaining type species all new species described. Key for genera belonging in subtribe Oobina is compiled. A discussion of genera Neocharitopus Hayat and Silvestria Trjapitzin is added.
