Abstract: Both Charaspilates formosarius pannonicus ssp. n., and Narraga tessularia pannonica ssp. n., are characteristic to the Great Hungarian Plaines: Ch. formosarius Ev. inhabits marshy regions or peats, N. tessularia Metzn. the alkaline plains. The nominate subspecies live in the Ural Region.
