Abstract: The results of an examination of mites belonging to the superfamilies of Acaroidea and Anoetoidea co-existing with Dorylinae ants collected in North, Central and South America by Dr. C. W. Rettenmeyer and his collaborators. The description of 20 new species are given. For two species a new genus each (Pinoglyphus gen. n. and Conglanetus gen. n.) describe, the former being also the typegenus of a new family.
