Abstract: Records of 56 species, Apamea exatincta mongoliensis ssp. N., A. maillardi kaszabi ssp. n., Photedes extrema calamoxantha ssp. n., are new for science; further 18 ssp. Are new for the fauna of Mongolia. Male genitalia- formerly unknown – of Cosmia spurcopyga Alph. is described and figured (Neoallotypus). Mesapamea hedeni Graeser comb.n. (radicosa Graeser, subaquila Graeser and subornata Staudinger are its junior synonyms). Platyperigea cinerascens Tgst. Bona sp., with ssp.
