Abstract: The Palearctic species of the tribe Leiodini are revised. More than 12000 specimens of 320 described species have been studied, among these the types of 234 species. 203 species proved to be junior synonyms or homonyms, 67 species had been already synonyms and 136 species are new synonyms. 9 species, as yet thought to be synonyms are valid species and got a new status. 10 species are described as new, so today 122 species of the tribe Leiodini are known from the Palearctic region. Of 5 species the types are existing, but they could not have been examined until the end of this work.
