Abstract: Author examines the habits, copulatory organs and geographical areas of Zygaena osterodenis budensis Holik, 1942 (syn. Nova) is identical with Zygaena osterodensis matrana Burgeff, 1926. He illustrates the variations of subspecies and shows the range of spreading of nevadensis species-group in Europe.
