Abstract: The enzyme polymorphism of four loci (Adh, Odh, MdhM and MdhS) was examined in three Drosphila species: D. melanogaster, D. hydei and D. immigrans. The enzymes were separated by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Thus, the frequencies of genotypes and alleles were determined.
