Abstract: In the Szigetköz Landscape Protection Area 30 males and three females of Caenis beskidensis Sowa (Ephemeroptera) were found in a spider web, at Rajka, on the bank of the river Danube. At Fertőrákos, in an oak forest, planned to be part of the Fertő-Hanság National Park, a single specimen of Elipsocus nuptialis Roesler (Psocoptera) was collected. These insect species are reported as new for the fauna of Hungary.
