Abstract: Thirty-six species of Anthomyiidae (one Acyglossa, one Alliopsis, three Anthomyia, one Calythea, four Delia, one Egle, one Engyneura, one Enneastigma, one Eustalomyia, three Eutrichota, two Hydrophoria, two Lasiomma, seven Leucophora, three Pegomya, three Pegoplata, two Phorbia) are recorded as new for the Hungarian fauna. Further Fifteen species (one Acyglossa, two Botanophila, four Delia, three Egle, two Eustalomyia, one Leucophora, one Phorbia, one Zaphe) of Anthomyiidae, whose specimens were identified but not published by earlier specialists (K. Kertész, F. Kowarz, W. Hennig, E. Girschner, J. M. Malloch, Z. Szilády and F. Mihályi) from the material of the HNHM, are reported for the first time.
