Abstract: The occurrence of the blattoid insect Phyllodromica harzi Chladek, 1977 was ascertained in the Aggteleki National Park. This endemic species of the Gömör Torna Karst region has been known only from Slovakia (formerly territory of North Hungary: Tornaalja, Pelsőc), some kilometres from the present border of Hungary.
