Abstract: Nemoura fusca is an endemic stonefly species of the Carpathian Basin. The Hungarian records of the species are old and doubtful. The first exact faunistical record is given here with illustrations of some features of the first authentic Hungarian specimen, and a description of the habitat. This is the 64th stonefly species with Hungarian faunistic data.
