Abstract: Besdolus ventralis (Pictet, 1841) is new to the fauna of Austria. Isogenus nubecula Newman, 1833, not found since 1957m is rediscovered in Burgenland. Both species are recorded from the Lafnitz river. Their distribution in the Lafnitz-Rába river system is depicted on a map.
