Abstract: One Thysanoplusia orichalcea female specimen was collected in Szakály, Tolna county, for the first time in Hungary. Occurrence of the species in Hungary is not unexpected, and it could repeatedly migrate to Central Europe in the next years due to climate change. With 3 figures.
