Abstract: Naturally infested horses with various species of Strongyles, Trichostrongylus and Parascaris worms were pharmacodinamically investigated using the anthelmintics: phenothiazine, Banminth, thiabendazole, Neguvon, Citarin and Nilverm. The response of the various species of worms to the drugs has been described in details. Phenothiazine (micronized), Banminth and thiabendazole proved to be satisfactory effective. Neguvon, Citarin and Nilverm did not meet any practical requirements.
