Abstract: From 154 small mammals of the Insectivora and Rodentia classes collected in 22 different localities of Hungary 11 Siphonaptera species (214 specimens), and 3 Anoplura species (34 specimens) were identified. Of these species Ctenophtalmus obtusus and Polyplax reclinata were so far unknown in the fauna of Hungary.
