Abstract: Anoetid-deutonymphs (Acari) collected from histerids (Coleoptera) were found to represent five species of the genus Histiostoma Kramer, 1877, of which the following four were new to science: H. histeri sp. n. , H. hungarica sp. n., H. lineatula sp. n. and H. margaritata sp. n.
