Abstract: Cinclotaenia tarnogradskii (Dinnik, 1927) comb. nov., Cinclotaenia sp. and Anomotaenia (s. 1.) dehiscens (Krabbe, 1879) have been found in Cinclus cinclus in Bulgaria. Redescriptions are given. Similarly to Cinclotaenia filamentosa Macy, 1973, filaments are observed on the eggs of C. tarnogradskii. Due to the morphological and ecological differences between Nototaenia Jones et Williams, 1967 and Cinclotaenia Macy, 1973 the latter is considered valid (contrary opinion of Spassky and Spasskaja, 1978). Borgarenkolepis Spasskaja et Spassky, 1977 is its synonym. Cinclotaenia Macy, 1973 is composed of two species, C. filamentosa and C. tarnogradskii comb. nov. The remaining species included in Borgarenkolepis - B. dehiscens (Krabbe, 1879), B. cincli Spasskaja et Spassky, 1977 and B. polyarthra (Krabbe, 1879) - are considered as species incertae sedis. A supplemented and modified diagnosis of Cinclotaenia is proposed.
