Abstract: A short description of an aberrant-coloured semiadult male specimen from North-African hare (Lepus capensis sefranus Thomas, 1913) is given. The fur is distinctly lighter than normal agouti: the normal length of the phaeomelanic band is nearly doubled and reddish coloured.
