Abstract: Seven new Apanteles species are described from Hungary as follows: A. bajariae sp. n. female, A. celsus sp. n. female, male, A. evanidus sp. n., female, A. interpolatus sp. n. female, A. nagyi sp. n. female, A. propinquus sp. n. female, and A. sevocatus sp. n. female. A. redescription is given and a neotype is designated for A. breviventris (Ratz). A key is constructed for the European species of A. mycetophilus-group.
