Abstract: The material collected by the research mission of the Hungarian Natural History Museum in Tunisia contains 19 species of Coleophoridae. Four of them are new to science (C. tanitella sp. n., C. skanesella sp. n., C. lasloella sp. n., and C. afrosada Baldozzione et Kaltenbach, in print elsewhere); six are new to Tunisia and two to Africa (C. maritimella Newmann and Goniodoma limoniella Stainton). The genitalia of C. sabuella Toll, C. echinopsilonella Chrétien, and C. hystericella Toll are illustrated for the first time, and following synonymies made: C. calcycotomella Stainton, 1869 = C. paraobviella Toll, 1961 = C. hippodromica Walsingham, 1907 = C. trizonella Toll, 1956; = C. acanthyllidis Walsingham, 1907 = C. radiosella Toll, 1952 = C. tozeurensis Toll, 1956; C. deviella Zeller, 1849 = C.suaedivora Meyrick, 1928.
