Abstract: In this paper the Oriental species of anthicids are treated which have been collected for the Hungarian Museum of Natural History (Budapest) by various collectors. Thirteen species are new to science: Tomoderus discisus sp. n. from Sri Lanka, T. radicis sp. n. from Vietnam, T. topali sp. n. from India, Formicomus bidentatus sp. n. from India, F. topali sp. n. from India, Leptaleus baloghii sp. n. from Sri Lanka, P. pocsi sp. n. from Vietnam, P. testaceicornis sp. n. from India, P. yalaensis sp. n. from Sri Lanka, Hirticomus fascifer sp. n. from Vietnam, Aanthicus topali sp. n. from Vietnam and Clavicomus longicornis sp. n. from India.
