Abstract: Five flea species are reported new to the fauna of Hungary: Atyphloceras nuperus (Jordan), Rhadinopsylla mesoides Smit, Amalaraeus penicilliger kratochvili Rosicky, doratopsylla dasycnema cuspis (Rotschild) and Nosopsyllus mokrzeckyi (Wagner). Locality data, taxonomical remarks and zoogeographical evaluations are given for every species in question.Subject: entomology
