Abstract: The hitherto known Hylaeus F. species of Mongolia are recorded on the basis of specimens collected by the expeditions of Dr. Z. Kaszab (Budapest) and of Martin Luther University, Halle-Wittenberg (GDR) in 1963-1979. Altogether 27 species were found, among them 12 sp. n. described here: H. stenoriscapus, H. montivagus, H. altaicus, H. peregrinus, H. telmenicus, H. ulanus, H. pirus, H. kaszabi, H. dorni, H. stubbei, H. valinis, H. nimbatus. Lectotypes are designated for three species described by Morawitz: H. mongolicus, H. potanini and H. przewalsky (coll. Zoological Institute, Leningrad). Faunistical and taxonomical comments are given.Subject: entomology
