Abstract: The following species are described as new: Opius (Pendopius) bajariae sp. n., O. (Allophlebus) bakonyensis sp. n., O. (Pendopius) exiloides sp. n., O. (s. str.) gigapiceus sp. n., O. (Aulonotus) gracilitergum sp. n., O. (Agnopius) hellasensis sp. n., O. (Allophlebus) latidens sp. n., O. (Agnopius) moczari sp. n., O. (Agnopius) nosamaenis sp. n., O. (Odontopoea) paranivens sp. n., O. (Hypocynodus) pestarus sp. n., O. (s. str.) quasipulvis sp. n., O. (Penopius) solymosae sp. n., O. (Nosopoea) teheranensis sp. n., Bitomus multiplis sp. n.. Taxonomical position of the new species is discussed, and morphological details are figured. Holotypes of the new species are deposited in the Hungarian Natural History Museum in Budapest. Records of localities of some more species are given.
