Abstract: Otiorhynchus subnivalis is described from Macedonia. The species of the Otiorhyncus marmota Stierlin-group are reviewed and complemented with comments on phylogeny. A key to identification is given. New synonymies: Otiorhyncus pierinus Reitter, 1912 = O. marmota kajmakcalanensis Lona, 1938 syn. n. and O. marmota floriensis Lona, 1943 syn. n.
