Abstract: Eretris suprarufescens sp. n. and E. microrufescens sp. n. are described from the western Andes in Ecuador. They are closely related to each other and to E. apuleja C. et R. FELDER, [1867], which occurs allopatrically on the eastern slopes of the Andes. The two species are distributed parapatrically in adjacent elevation zones.
