Abstract: Twelve gastropod species, new for the locality, are added to the Lower Jurassic fauna of the Hierlatz Alpe. Most of them represent also new taxa, four genera and seven species: Biconomphalus singularis n. gen. n. sp., Karsaconulus robustus n. gen. n. sp., Csigabaga nillae n. gen. n. sp., Hierlatzella arcana n. gen. n. sp., Eucyclomphalus? subgradatus n. sp., Cupaniella praebiplicata n. sp., and Callotrochus? avernoides n. sp. With 71 figures.
