Abstract: An identification key to the varieties and forms of Toninia coeruleonigricans is given. Systematical evolution proved that P. pokornyi f. magyarica Gyeln., f. collina Gyeln., f. bulgarica Gyeln., f. csepeliensis Gyeln., Cladonia subrangiformis f. subuli-formis Szat., f. truncatula Szat., f. foliofera Szat., are identical with the nominate species. New combinations are: Cl. furcata var. subrangiformis f. pustarum (Szat.) Vers., f. vagans (Tomin) Vers. The western border of distribution of Cornicularia steppae is Hungary; identification rested on macro- and microchemical investigations and on comparison with the syntype.
