Abstract: The fifth part of the series continues the areageographic elaboration of mosses in the Carpathians and the Carpathian Basin. Three genera of the family Dicranaceae (Oreoweisia, Cynodontium, Oncophorus) are discussed. A brief phytogeographical evaluation are given on the basis of world distribution, climatic character, ecological character, literature and herbarial data, and the corresponding areal maps.
