Abstract: Vera Csapody has been known for six decades as co-author of numerous publications, in the first place, as illustrator. She had unforgettable merits in depicting the complete spontaneous flora of the Carpathian Basin as well as plants of ornamental gardens, agriculture and dendrology in drawings of excellent accuracy and artistic beauty. The register of her works comes partly from her own notes as well as other contemporary botanists (Horvát, Hortobágyi), complemented with bibliographical investigations. The most voluminous first part (343 items) is comprising books and articles written by Csapody, in collaboration with other authors or by herself, as well as the list of publications illustrated by her. The Appendix mentioned some of more important recensions on her works. The second part is devoted to her publications on other subjects (physics, chemistry, pedagogy etc.). The third part contains a list of exhibitions of her pictures, the fourth is a list of interviews given by her to public media (TV, Radio). The fifth part contains articles written of Vera Csapody including necrologues, while in the sixth a list of taxa named after her are given.Subject: botany
